My last old Cuisinart bit the dust so I was in the market for a new one. I had also been in the market for a water kettle but really did not like the idea of having one more appliance on my counter top. When I checked out the Cuisinart web site to see what was new I was blown away by the idea of this coffee maker that also dispensed hot water!! I was so excited about it I had it sent overnight.

I have only had it for a day but oh what a wonderful cup of coffee I had this morning and right now I am loving the convenience of having hot water available for my tea drinking!

Pros: Everything!! In perfect working order and I was able to follow the manufacture's instructions on hot water without any problems at all! Best cup of coffee I have had even counting my old Cuisinart!

Cons: Only 1 negative so far. It is awkward pouring water into the coffee maker side and I guess I will need more practice at this to keep from splashing water all over everything.

So far extremely pleased with my purchase!!

I love this camera it takes wonderful pictures, is full of really cool features,and shoots amazing video in full high def. Also to add to it, it's very strong, and well built. And I have to say that before I bought it I read a review saying the sound quailty was bad and that it sounded muffeled, in my opinion the sound quailty is great. i haven't had a single problem with it. I highly recomend

I have spent a few months researching cameras and I had very specific needs. Anytime I make a purchase a make sure to do my homework and go into a store like Best Buy to actually play with the camera for a bit. I was looking for something with a high megapixel quality, at least 4 optical zoom, HD video capability, waterproof, and compact. After looking at several other brands this was head and shoulders above the rest. It not only takes fantastic pictures but the photos I took underwater in the Caribbean look like they should be on a postcard ( and I am not a photographer by any means!!). The camera transitioned without hesitation from the water to the beach to dinner. There were no issues with the salt water or sand and I have to say the shutter speed was lightening fast underwater and above. In fact, I would have bought this camera even if I didnt need the waterproofing but now I can take this camera to any event whether it is a concert or a vacation. The picture quality is even better than my Canon DSLR. Highly Recommend!

I have been looking at this watch online for months and finally decided to get it for myself for Christmas. Yes, it is larger than you might think, and it has some definite weight to it, but the quality of this piece is very impressive. Remember that this watch retailed for $695 ....... it is no flimsy watch by any stretch of the imagination. The face is large and it is thick. I followed the instructions to set the time, etc., and had no problems doing so. I also ordered the Invicta watch sizing tool when I ordered the watch. It came with no instructions (who dropped the ball on that one?), but if you read the reviews on the tool, the best reviewer gave an excellent written instructional tutorial. It may have taken him 5 minutes to remove his links, but it did take me longer. But once I got the hang of it, it was smooth sailing. I had to watch a YouTube video on how to operate the deployment clasp. It is a bit difficult to open despite knowing how.....it is tight, which may be a good thing in the grand scheme of things. I have a thing for watches and definitely expect this watch to draw a fair amount of attention and commentary. It has a definite presence on the wrist and is quite the impressive piece. If you do not like large faces, heavy weight, and thickness in a watch, then do not order this. The box that it comes in is very impressive except for the mustard yellow color. Who decided that was a good idea, Invicta???? So, other than the color, the packaging is superb. If you are considering this watch as a gift, and if you give the box a quality wrapping job, when the recipient opens it, it will be darned impressive. I absolutely love it.

Purchased 4 and used them for an event for about 125 people. Used them outside on a very warm day. No leaks - worked great. I anticipated that the ice in the bottom bowl would not keeps the drinks cool enough to suit me - so I inserted tall vases in the container and filled this with ice and lemons. Filled with lemonade and tea just below the rim of the vase. Between the ice in the bottom and the ice inserted in the vases - the drinks were plenty cool throughout several hours. (and also were not watered down by indirectly introducing the ice).

I'm an admitted mac guy, I have the iPhone 4, iPad, Macbook Pro, etc...

I have to share my support now with the HP TouchPad. The webOS 3.0 is really pretty amazing. I didn't think it would make much of a difference in the use of a tablet, but it's outstanding, and here's why:

1) The integration of so many mainstream services used today. (they probably have some fancy term for this concept)
2) Flash plays well
3) Services missing on the iPad like Grooveshark and Amazon's cloud music all work.

First, the services:
On my TouchPad, I setup my
Email (yahoo, google, and microsoft exchange)
Skype
Dropbox
AIM
LinkedIn
Facebook
(there were others, but I don't use snapfish, and photobucket, etc... even a "find others")

I love this integration of all these mainstream services! It's really clever.

While my iPad seems very app-centric, webOS 3.0 feels more like "the matrix has you". It takes your online world and puts it into the tablet. I love that. All of those websites I often interact with get glued together seamlessly so I feel like I'm "jacked in".

A major strength of the TouchPad is the web functionality that won't work on the iPad. For example, I ran Amazon's cloud music player and Grooveshark just fine (awesome!).

On the down side, the apps are slim, but trust me, they will be coming fast and furious over the next year, like a modern-age gold rush. As someone who has ported over my C++ game engine and product ( atPeace ) to TouchPad from IOS, I can tell you that it was pretty easy, and others will certainly follow. This version 1 of the product is the closest any tablet is to competing with Apple, developers will soon be pouring over.

My only real gripe is not having NetFlix working with it yet. That's coming I'm sure, but something I use on my iPad a lot, and I miss. :(

All in all, I'd say if you want something for business, or to have a tablet built around your online presence, or just a good tablet which can run flash, this might be for you. I still love my iPad, don't get me wrong, but for a long time I didn't see why anyone was realistically imagining they could compete with the iPad. I mean, Apple does it sooooo well. Well, now I understand why. WebOS 3.0.

Don't discount this device, it's got great potential. We finally a good competitor for Apple in the tablet world, which should make both products improve.

A tried and true iphone user, blown away., July 2, 2011

I have used an iPhone for going on two years and I don't see that changing for quite awhile, but I was always leery of the iPad because I always thought it was just a big iPod Touch, with a better screen. Well I started to look for a tablet about 5 months ago, and thought for sure, after the big uproar about the iPad 2, that I would have one soon. Well after trying in store several times, I just wasnt blown away. It just took my iPhone bigger, it didnt introduce anything new, it didn't change anything, the UI, had some slight modifications, and apps did look better on a bigger screen, but it wasn't nothing that blew away. Then came the touchpad.

First I saw the commercial, then I found out about the open source movement inside of WebOS, and how unlike Apple, there was no cat and mouse games, Palm didn't support it, but didn't block it. I saw the UI, it was much appealing than Android, which to me looks chaotic and not the clean simplicity that we all come to expect from a google product. Although it wasn't as "nice" looking as iOS, and it didn't run as smooth as it, WebOS made up for it with true multitasking, and a clean enough looking UI to make an iOS lover happy.

Then came the specs, full web access, web developers no longer need to build a site just for the device, the device can handle anything you through at it. It has been an experience for me, who has had to manage which sites I could view on my portable device and which ones I *had* to view on my pc, now my touchpad takes care of all of it.

But enough about the pros, because there is some cons. Apps are limited compared to iOS (Not a huge con for me, give me a working Twitter client, an email client, and a couple games, and I'm happy, but I'm not everyone). The OS, has some flaws, which may be more to me learning to using the device than anything else, but the flaws are there. It seems sluggish from time to time, but an OTA update coming out soon should fix that. And it does need some improvement when it comes to handling documents, this maybe more of a personal presence but I feel any tablet should be able to handle any microsoft doc you throw at it.

All in all, I love my touchpad, and see me using it more than my iPhone for most things. The flaws are there, but are very fixable, and I have faith in HP to fix them soon.

I purchased this camera mainly for recording video. Its quality is amazing, and the on-board mic records great to me as well. For anyone wondering about the new HD digital movie zoom, I created a video demonstrating its quality and the microphone quality as well! Its on youtube. On a side note, I would not recommend purchasing the Patriot LX series 32gb class 10 SDHC card. I ordered one of these from newegg and when I received it, it did not work properly with the camera due to old firmware on the card. Patriot has confirmed this over the phone, as the issue started with the T2i. Apparently they fixed it in there new cards, but old ones are still out there! I did order the Transcend 32gb class 10 and it is currently working fine at the moment.

I Highly recommend getting a wireless remote. I picked up a brand called Shoot, here on amazon and works great for videos as well if you do not have anyone to operate the camera for recording.

First-time DSLR, March 22, 2011

I have had the camera 2+ days. Finally upgraded from standard point-and-shoot. The camera is awesome so far. Very happy with the purchase, and look forward to learning about better photography.

Recommended as a first-time DSLR, the T3i has ample features. There is so much to do with this camera. As soon as I learn one feature, it's on to the next exciting one. Takes gorgeous photographs. Just last night, I took some outstanding low-light shots that were exciting for a newbie like me, and would not have been do-able with a standard point-and-shoot.

I really like the swivel on the live view when doing video clips, which was another reason I chose this camera over competitive models. You can use the live view to shoot stills as well, but I'm trying to learn the manual features and the viewfinder to get better acquainted with the camera. Just an FYI, you will need an SDHC card with a Series 6 rating or higher to do video. You can get a 16GB card on Amazon for a reasonable price.

The stock lens seems to be fine as I am learning to use the camera. I plan on upgrading the lens once I get more comfortable with it. Again, there are some good values on Amazon for Canon lenses (just search 'Canon Lens' and you'll see the most popular buys).

In closing, I took a long time to research and decide whether or not getting into a DSLR was worth it for me. Having now made the purchase, I can say without hesitation that it was well worth the money. Especially for a beginner like me, the T3i is a great camera.

Look, if you want to be the next big cameraman on Discovery Channel, you probably shouldn't be looking at this type of camera. What the Flip UltraHD provides is incredibly simple, reliable, and surprisingly high quality of video. I've owned mine for close to a year, and I love the thing. I've actually started a YouTube channel that uses only clips from this camera, and the videos upload in perfect HD.

Cons:

- Battery life could be better (although the option to switch out the battery pack for AAs is great).
- Limited zoom.
- Low-light quality is only decent.

Pros:

- Incredibly easy to use.
- Video quality is almost always very good.
- Audio quality is amazing, people comment on my videos how crisp and clear even the quieter sounds are.
- Uploading to the computer is a breeze.

I'd definitely recommend the Flip UltraHD, and I plan to purchase another one in the future.

I have a new baby and purchased this when she was about 2 months old and I have to date (she is 9 months now) about 130 (short) videos of her! I love this camcorder. I keep it in my diaper bag at all times and am able to record anything my daughter does. Great for sharing with my husband while he is at work. It is super easy to use (just turn on and press red button to record). The software is also extremely easy to use, even for the computer illiterate. You simply pop out the USB from the camcorder (yes it's built in so no searching for a USB cord anymore) and plug in to computer! Everything just uploads on its own from there. It takes a little time to learn how to use all features (like emailing and creating channels so your friends and family get notified when you upload a video) but once you know how to do it, it's a super easy! The software also creates movies for you, all you have to do is select the videos for the movie.

The hard drive was not recognized by my Windows XP desktop computer. There appeared to be an issue with my usb 2.0 port not supplying enough power to hard drive. After connecting the hard drive via an AC powered usb 2.0 hub, my computer still would not recognize the hard drive as a valid storage unit. I exchanged this portable hard drive for an external desktop hard drive with it's own power supply and it was recognized immediately.

Wow! I was searching for a replacement camera for my Mother. She left her previous camera was left on the hood of a car and met an unfortunate demise. I did some research and some comparative shopping and settled upon this Kodak model. My daughter had a Kodak first and I loved the pictures it created. I bought a carry around Kodak that my wife confiscated. So that helped in the decision. But when I bought this one for my Mom, I needed simplicity, an d great pictures. When she opened it up we were in the darkest restaraunt imaginable. After I loaded the batteries for her, she proceeded to take a picture of my sister in this dark environment. I tried to warn her that it was too dark and would probably not turn out well. But the word we used when we saw the end result, was the same as the first word in this review. WOW! The picture taken in almost complete darkness with the flash on the Z915 was awesome! We could not believe our eyes. Now what makes me qualified to know a good picture when I see one? I shoot portraiture professionally and have over k worth of Canon
body and lenses. This is one point and shoot that I am proud to recommend. Buy it at any price, but for what it is selling for currently it is a SCREAMING BARGAIN!

When I recieved this it was DOA - Dead on arrival.I DID NOT order it from Amazon. (maybe I should have ) I should have realized then to send it back. They did fix it for free. Now however it had only been a year and it is messing up again. The lens not opeaning all the way or not closing all the way.. And at tims the pictures are fuzzy. I've had 3-4 kodak camera and they used to be good. this one isn't made too well. It is really light weight amd when I first held it, I thought it felt flimsy. and very breakable. I will be getting a diff brand next time.

The camera itself works good. The problem is it eats batteries and there it has no charger with it. I have looked and looked for one but cannot locate one. At least Kodak could make and supply the customer with a charger. There are great chargers for other Kodak camreas for other cameras where you just sit the camera on the charger. But not one for this camera. At least there should be one available as an add on feature at additional price. This changing batteries every couple days with heavy usage or every week is for the birds. Even with light usage this camera requires 2 new batteries a week. Also, I tried to return it but guess what? Amazon could find no record of my purchase and has only responded with an agnowledgement of one at this late day of one month (8/24/2010 )and only with the option of a review!

Hey all. I had originally bought this camera back in 2007 when it had first been released. Recently I traveled to Las Vegas and lost my beautiful Casio camera. So because I loved it so much, I bought this camera, still believing it was the same camera... But it's not! The camera is so slow and takes forever to do anything! Sure it is sleek and cool, but for the price you pay, you'd be better off getting a different camera for a much better value. DON'T BUY ME!

I bought this initially for my gf but I'm the one who's actually enjoying it since she is taking a sabbatical on running due to an injury. So I love it because I am able to upload the stats online and see how my performance went and how I improved.

I would recommend it highly to those who want the stats. It is very user-friendly. I didn't even read the manual to set it up.

Before I bought this item, I bought the Polar RS300X G1 and it was too much of a hassle to go through the manual. I bought all the accessories so my gf can use it and she gave up on it. So I bought her this. The Polar is still in the box unused.

The only thing I noticed is that the battery does not last that long. I used it once after a 30 min. run and my gf used it the next day and it said low batt. So I guess I have to charge it when I plug it in the USB.

Design
The 305's design is a radical departure from Garmin's previous generation of wrist mounted GPS devices, which reached a pinnacle with the Garmin Forerunner 301. While the 301 delivered accurate heart rate monitoring, good performance tracking, and decent GPS reception, it didn't quite deliver in the design department. The form factor was bulky and wearing it wasn't much different than duct taping a full-sized GPS device to your wrist.

Not so with the 305. Garmin's engineers obviously burned the midnight oil and have come up with a waterproof design that, while certainly not as small as a sports watch, feels just as comfortable. The curved casing allows the unit's antenna to face the sky when you're running, while the widescreen display is perfectly positioned for viewing when you need it. And the display certainly deserves a few kudos. While it's smaller than the display found on previous Forerunners, its resolution is far higher, offering incredible clarity and crispness.

Garmin has smartly given the 305 a simple button layout and the buttons have a nice tactile feel with good pressure response. The right side houses the menu selection and enter buttons, while the left houses a power/backlight button and a mode button. This simple and elegant solution is a big improvement over the sometimes confusing button functionality of previous Forerunners. View button layout.

The underside of the 305 is pretty nondescript, except for a row of contacts that interface with the included charging and data cradle. The cradle is small and unobtrusive and its single mini-USB port connects to either an included AC adapter, or a USB cable that connects to your PC. In addition to data transfer with the USB cable, you can also charge the 305's embedded lithium-ion battery via a powered USB connection from your computer.

GPS Performance
The big news about the Forerunner 305 is that it features an integrated, high-sensitivity SiRFstar III GPS receiver. What does this mean? It means that the 305's ability to both track, and maintain a lock on, your position is better than anything before it. After an intial battery charge, the tester had the 305 on his wrist and was tracking speed and distance with GPS satellites within 3 minutes. The next time we used the 305, satellite acquisition was nearly instantaneous. A run through dense trees didn't faze the unit either; tracking remained true and steady. Performance on a bike was equally impressive. Whatever witchcraft has been cooked up by the designers of the SiRF technology, we like it!

While the Forerunner 305 isn't billed as a GPS navigation device, it does have some rudimentary mapping, waypoint marking, and routing capabilities. In addition to marking locations along your journey, you can zoom in or out of a simple map that displays your current direction and path. There's also a "go to location" feature that routes you back to your starting location, or to any location you have defined. Once you have defined several locations, you can save this information as a route, allowing you to travel the same path in the future. As you'll see below, the 305's new "Courses" feature gives you new levels of control over how you define your favorite runs and rides.

Training Functions
The 305 is first and foremost a training tool, and its ability to organize a ton of data types into a user experience that is intuitive and simple is no small feat. Whiz-bang technology aside, if you can't use it and make it a natural part of your exercise routine, it's worthless. When it comes to these factors -- and here's the take home message on the 305 -- this device is successful where many other devices fail.

The heart and soul of the 305 can be found on the data screens, which give you real-time information about all aspects of your workout. In fact, the 305 can display a dizzying array of data, such as calories burned, distance, elevation, grade, and heading, as well as multiple lap and pace modes. The 305 adds the ability to track heartrate, lap heartrate, average heartrate, and heartrate zones via the included coded heartrate chest strap. With the purchase of a separate wireless cadence and speed meter, you can also track bike performance data.

Thankfully, the device makes it easy to define how much or how little data you want to view during a workout. You can arrange the data that's most important to you and then make that data appear front and center on the device. Indeed, within a few minutes of skimming the manual and fiddling with the device setup, you'll have your most important data displaying just the way you like it. The ability to display heartrate is a big plus, too, as it's a fairly good indicator of excercise output, fatigue, and fitness level. The 305 has all the heartrate functions you'd expect from a full-function monitor, including the ability to set target zones and alerts to maximize the effectiveness of your workouts.

Garmin's Virtual Partner function was cool feature of previous Forerunners and they've decided to keep a good thing going with the 305. If you're the type that performs best when you've got a competitor egging you on, you'll love this function, as it allows you to set up virtual running or biking companions that compete against you.

If you're looking for an complicated workout with a variety of intervals and intensity levels, or just a quick three-mile jog against your best time last week, the 305 has you covered. Navigating to the Workouts menu on the device yields three options: Quick Workouts, Interval, and Advanced Workout. A quick workout is just that; set the distance and time, distance and pace, or time and pace of your planned workout and off you go. Interval workouts are just the same, but they allow you to add repetitions and rest between them. When you really want to get fancy with your exercise, you can step up to advanced workouts, which include goals for each workout step, as well as varied distances, times, and rest periods. You can use the Garmin Training Center software to set up these workouts and then upload them to the device.

Computer Connectivity and Software
Garmin has been outfitting their devices with USB connectivity for some time now -- a welcome move for those who struggled with serial port connections in the days of yore. Thanks to USB, the 305 integrates seamlessly with the Training Center software and we quickly had workout history uploaded and stored on the computer. Not only does Training Center--which is compatible with both PC and Mac--make it easy to track your performance, you can graph data such as heartrate alongside your speed and distance. Over time, this is a great way to view your fitness levels increase, and it also helps you see what types of workouts are necessary to strengthen your weaknesses. For instance, if you see your heartrate begin to spike after a certain distance, you know you need to increase your endurance workouts to train that area of fitness.

In a first for the Forerunner series, the Training Center software also lets you define courses on your computer that you can upload to the device. When course information is combined with uploaded workout information, the Forerunner becomes a complete guide, telling you where to go, when to make a turn, and what kind of workout to do when you're on the road or path. Back on the computer, the software's ability to overlay workout data on maps of the course makes it easy to see where the course offers up the tough hills and the easy recovery spots. Plus, the ability to track historical performance on a given course is a great way to measure your improvement.

The 305 is also fully compatible with Garmin's MotionBased service, which takes your training to another level by connecting your data with the Internet. While we weren't able to use the service, the promise of sharing courses, maps, workouts, and performance data with other users is intriguing. And if you're a serious endurance athlete, you'll be glad to know that the 305 is also compatible with TrainingPeaks.com, an easy-to-use web based training system designed to help athletes train for any event.

Love my ForeRunner - Patricia Miller -
I got my Forerunner as a Mother's Day present. I use it while biking and running (I do triathlons) and love the device. This has been a fantastic addition to my training tools. I have a Polar HRM, and I use it during the triathlons since it can stand going into and out of the water. The Garmin 305 is not welcome in the water, but on dry land it is terrific. The data is lovely, the ability to customize the display to bring the information I want to the front for each activity is also delightful. I had to do a soft reset the other day, and it was easy to get the steps to do this on the internet.

I've used my forerunner 305 for a few weeks--bicycling & hiking. I've found it to be very accurate in everyway. One drawback is that it does not calculate calories on stationary devices. On an extra long bike ride I recharged the battery with a Duracell "pocket charger" while riding. A big plus is that you may arrange display windows as you wish--with variations for different exercise modes. After becoming familiar with the device, I'm very pleased & highly recommend it.

I've been using the Callaway Warbird golf ball since they came on a yellow box and with the Callaway sign also in yellow, without regrets. This new design is the same quality with updated attributes and a modern look. These little balls can fly and feel great all around the golf course if you're are not a professional golfer or a low handicapper, as I understand spin is not that good and being double core some very fast swingers will lose some advantage. But if you are a casual golfer and want a great ball that don't make you cry when you lose it into the woods or drop it into the water, these are the balls for you

P90X is the real deal. See the customer photo of me at 52 years old after completing a 90 day cycle - I did not follow the diet but did try to eat better. Yes, for that photo I did get pumped but I only did one set of chin-ups and one set of pushups but each was a personal best for me - 25 chin-ups and 55 pushups in good form. I have been into fitness and bodybuilding for over 30 years, training about 4 days week in a gym. I never thought I could look my best at 52 and I did it by working out at home in front of a TV.

Be warned, P90X is not for everyone. First, it is not for someone out of shape trying to get into great shape. It is for people in good shape trying to get into the best shape of their lives. It does include a test to see if you are in good enough shape before starting - which is a very responsible approach. The workouts are long and brutal, about 60 minutes each but Yoga is 90 minutes.The key is simply to do your best because the competition is not with the people in the video, it is with yourself. P90X requires a set of dumbbells and a doorway chin-up bar that you can find in most sporting goods store. The exercise bands are nice and can be used instead. I bought a set of bands but quickly abandoned them for dumbbells and a chin-ups bar. The routines include everything from isometrics to plyometrics, jumping jacks to wacky jacks, working slow twitch and fast twitch muscles fibers, core work, hatha yoga, kempo karate, cardio, and plenty of pull-ups and pushups.

The bottom line, it works, if and only if, you take it seriously and do your best. If you plan on going through the motions without committing or only working out a couple of days a week then save your money. If you decided it is time to have the best body you ever had by working hard for 90 days, then the payoff well worth it. It is tough, no doubt about it. But the greater the challenge the sweeter the victory.

Alright, so Best Buy got the 32GB iPod Touch 4G in stock so I drove an hour to go get one. I was not disappointed. I will run through the features I have come across so far.

Body: Aside from moving the sleep button to the right and making the back of the device slimmer and more flat, not much has changed. Yes, the chrome back is still there erg! It was so pretty for the first 30 seconds.

Ram: The Ram on the iPod Touch is only 256 MB, so do not believe the talk of 512 MB, it is simply not true.

Wireless: Fully supports A/B/G/N

Vibration: There is no vibration, so do not expect that.

Multitasking: Works real well and very smooth transition

Display: While the display on the iPod is not IPS like the iPhone do not think it suffers in anyway. This display is so beautiful and crisp to look at. I cannot even distinguish the pixels, and text on a website is like you are reading out of a book, it's so refreshing. I played a digital copy of "UP" on here and the colors practically jump off the screen, very nice. Apple's icons are so much more vivid and sharp, while 3rd party developer icons who have yet to make an upgrade for the new displays shows what a step up this new screen has to offer.

Speaker: I am not sure of the quality of the speaker on the 3G iPod Touch, but on my 2G iPod Touch it was very tinny and I only used it for game sound. Here on the 4G there is a new spot on the bottom left for the speaker and it has risen in clarity. Music is very listenable and clear, however nothing replaces a good set of earbuds, but when you're in a jam, you won't be gritting your teeth with this speaker.

Processor: The new Apple processor is a sure win for this device. Everything loads very fast and switching from one screen to another is very swift and smooth. Crash Bandicoot finally has a nice framerate to play with on this iPod and for once I did not regret buying that game.

Front Camera: This is the camera that is primarily used for Facetime. It's resolution is at 640 X 480. After taking a few pictures with it, you will notice how it is really not for taking stills, but works fine for videochatting (which I have not tried, but did run some video tests with it). Obviously Facetime will work better in well lit areas, but then again, doesn't any camera?

Rear Camera: Again stills are just so so. What really bugs me is when you go to take a picture, you see how crisp the preview is, then you take the picture and you can see it blur. The tap to focus works nice for adjusting exposure and well lit photos look very decent on the display. It's when you upload them to your computer when you notice how not so decent they actually are. While this may be a negative for many people, if you are like me, you want to just upload photos with this device to FaceBook and capture funny moments with the video camera. If I want to take a really awesome picture, I'll pull out my DSLR, but for me this iPod's capabilities are more than adequate for my quick shooting of certain events. The video captures quite nicely, while not superb like an actual HD camcorder does enough for me for again, capturing fun moments. Don't worry, you don't cringe while watching the video, it's more than adequate and produces vibrant colors and a fast framerate. Some may complain on this, and believe me those reviews will be here shortly, but then again why not buy an HD Camcorder that is made for HD content? (I'm not ignorant to HD quality either, I'm a huge fan of it. I run a 3D 65'' 1080p display with Blu-ray and Dolby Tru-HD decoding surround sound system)

Microphone: Testing out Skype my friend told me I was coming in loud and clear. I also played back a video I made on the iPod on my computer and the microphone captures top notch audio. Very crisp and clear, I was quite pleased.

Battery: While I haven't tested out Apple's claims of 40 hr. of music, let's be honest who really does that? I'm sure Apple's claims are quite credible in their battery life depending on how the device is used.

One note I should also make, my iPod Touch 2G accessories, (car charger, wall charger) work with my iPod touch 4G. Apple sometimes changes stuff like the charging pin on the iPod's to make a person have to buy new accessories. Anybody remember when the iPod Video A/V cables had the Audio and Video switched around so people couldn't use their cables with the iPod? Well they could, they just had to switch the audio and video cables in the port around. Anyways, away from this funny piece of marketing history.

Is the new iPod worth it? For me, upgrading from the 2G Touch, yes! The display is brilliant, the speed of the processor amazing, video quality is very much enjoyable and the rear camera is excellent for taking quick fun shots. If I had one word to describe this iPod, it would be fun! You can't handle one of these without feeling like a joyous kid, (I'm 22) and the business aspect is still there and quite useful. I would highly recommend this iPod Touch as a worthy upgrade to any generation of the iPod Touch you may own and if you don't own one, there has never been a more perfect time to go out and get one! Don't hesitate to leave a comment here if you have a question for an actual owner. I'll do what I can!

Ok, here's my rant, there's only 256mb of ram, not 512 like the iPhone. the Camera is no good, speaker is STILL not that great, no GPS, no great design like the iPhone, the back scratches up instantly, only 256mb of ram, no IPS screen, no option for 3G data service and no vibration or compass. I was hoping for something better from Apple, but I guess you can't have everything. If you don't have a problem with all these flaws then go ahead and buy one, but I'm only giving it 4 stars.

I was on holiday with my wife in the Swiss Alps when I stumbled upon this beauty in St. Moritz. I was immedeately stunned by the quality and of course, the brand Breguet speaks for itself from an historic point of view and in modern times, it is truly the best of the best. I purchased it in full then and there, in the region of the Amazon advertised price (keep in mind, this was almost two years ago). When comparing the time to the government-funded time servers even after 18 months it matches it very precisely. I have been complimented on this watch by my envious colleagues and employees in Dubai, New York, Moscow, Tokyo and London. However, although this masterpiece maybe worn while taking showers, I would not recommened wearing this product while fully submerged under water during a prolonged period of time. I usually neglected to take it off during certain events such as family get togethers at the spas, snorkeling, romantic encouters with my wife at the tub and over time, the leather developed a very slight wear effect. I was unhappy, and decided to reward it to my loyal chauffeur, Jacques. I've called Mr. Hayak, the CEO and expressed my discontent and he arrived in no time at my mansion in Seychelles and we struck a deal that will see all my domestic workers wearing the brand, albeit, different models.

With my overwhelming fear of odd numbers, I received my 4-pack of the Tourbillon Messidors yesterday afternoon. Let my review reflect my disappointment that the watch features a date hand that points rather obscurely towards (no dates are actually represented numerically on this piece) what appears to be the 28th of the month. And that date field is a circular dial. Of course, a timepiece amateur might be hard-pressed to visually distinguish the 30th of the month from the 28th, but let me confide in you... unless you are wearing this watch during February only, it is unsafe for date determination, and hardly a stellar buy. Four of them even less so. That upper-left quadrant might as well read the 32nd of the month for all Gregorian accuracy this device demonstrates!

I suppose it's back to the Casio F201WA-1AV until I can find a watch that can assure a working man of the date he walks on the Earth. Nothing from the house of Breguet has surpassed it thus far. And with a 10-year battery commitment from Casio, these two watches are enticingly neck and neck for my affections. I can't speak for these far-fetched tales of finding this watch "on sale" in "Vegas", but rest assured, with a decent coupon code and free shipping, there is no distinguishable price difference on Amazon between the two.

THE MOST ACCURATE WATCH IN THE UNIVERSE? - B. Kilic - Pasadena, CA
I was going to put a down payment on a house but this watch is so shiny and cool. I pulled all the money from my bank account and charged the rest to my credit cards. Now I live in a cardboard box under a freeway overpass in Los Angeles. I still have the watch though. My homeless buddies keep trying to steal it from me when I go to sleep. They will have to pry it from my dying hands.

Anyone who is going to actually buy this watch should slap themselves. It costs more than a house unless you live in one of the coasts. I would like someone that really bought this watch to write a review. Also, they should write what are the big differences between this and a descent watch I can buy at like Macy's. If you have that much money give it to the poor for God's sake. Just my 2 cents.

Breguet Time piece - an instant classic, but a poor investment - Teapot Tales - Brooklyn, NY U.S.A.
As we all must know, the Breguet brand holds world-wide fame for making exceptional time pieces that have always been considered good investments. So, I invested into this watch and eventually used it as a security for getting a spaceship-building loan. Obviously, as any self-respecting Complicated Tourbillon owner, I am building my own private exclusive space ship, but you might've have guessed it by now. These days, you know, if you want to pick up a hot date, just driving some Jag does not cut it anymore - you got to have a space ship for those extra-scorching-hot dates in zero gravity. Anyway, being as preoccupied with all my responsibilities of being such self-respecting and outer space-bound, I took a shower while still wearing this watch. To my great horror, the Messidor part got rusty and fell off completely! Now, I cannot afford to build my own space ship anymore! I will have to rent Russian space rockets, which is not the same. However, I might be able to start dating those gorgeous Russian Space Program ladies and impress them with my Complicated Tourbillon Watch that still looks kind of cool even without the Messidor that, as you remember, fell off.

This watch is the best purchase I have ever made. Unfortunately I didn't realize that it was a woman's watch (Come on, it looks like a man's watch - I mean only a man could understand, let alone appreciate that look). So, now I get razzed by all my other homeless friends. I only gave it a four-star rating though because I have a disorder similar to dislexia - I can't interperet between succesive odd-numbers. So when the minute hand is pointing at one of the dots I get very confused and it makes me late for AA meetings.

I am very pleased with the picture quality in both outdoor and indoor video shots. The video looks amazing on an HD TV. The interface is extremely easy to use once you learn what buttons do what. Playback on the monitor is gorgeous. Love the fact that you can watch whatever clip in whatever order and go right back to videoing in a matter of seconds. Low light video was also fantastic on my recent trip to a Greek winery. Have recommended this video to several friends and family! Prior camcorders were both Sony (liked those as well, but nearly as much as this Canon).

This is my first HD video camera and will be the last for a long while. The features are excellent and the quality of the images are absolutely tremendous. Let me start of by saying I normally wouldn't give something a 5 star rating, but this camera has so far exceeded all my expectations.

The video quality is excellent. The zoom is great. The image stabilization is amazing. It has a button you can press to increase it even further and even zoomed in at 15x, I was able to get a very steady picture.

Where the camera has truly exceeded my expectations is underwater. I got the case Canon sells for this and have used it diving the past two days and its been awesome. The quality underwater is just as good as above! The camera has an underwater mode which is truly color corrects things underwater. They even realize that you may want to record above water and give you a way to switch between underwater mode and above water (boat) mode with the camera in the case. Buying the camera and the underwater case is not much more then buying a case from other 3rd party vendors either, so the value was huge for me.

There's really nothing negative I can say, other then the touch screen takes some getting used to. In comparison to previous models, such as the HF100 which I also own, they've really improved a lot of issues, such as slow switching between modes or slowness issues with taking stills while recording video.

Bottom line - If you want a great High Def Camcorder at a good price with the ability to get one of the least expensive underwater cases available, then this is the camera for you. Even if you aren't interested in underwater recording, its a great camera out of the water too!

I did research for 2 months before I bought this camera. I was confused between Canon Vixia HF200 and Vixia HF M30 but finally I selected Vixia HF M30 on the following grounds.
1. HF200 is an older model in comparison to HF M30.
2. After reading the specs on Canon website of each camera and comparing it to each other both are same.
3. HF M30 has 8 gb internal memory while HF200 has none.
4. HF M30 is cheaper in price than HF200.
5. HF M30 has sleek looks and nice touch screen While HF200 has no touch screen.
6. HF M30 has Dynamic Image stabilizer While HF200 has a regular Image stabilizer.
7. HF M30 has 5.1-channel(with optional Canon SM-V1 5.1-Channel Surround Microphone)on the other hand HF200 has 2 channel audio system.
8. HF M30 can take class 10 SDHC memory card, many owner of HF200 in their reviews said that their HF200 gives an error of buffer over flow when they put class 10 memory card in their camera.
9. Canon is concerned more about their new models than their old model that's why they are giving constant firmware updates for HF M30 on the other hand HF200 has no firmware update available since its release.

I got this for fathers day and was unfamiliar with Flip Video Camera's. My first reaction was the lack of options. I really wanted something with image stabilization and higher HD resolution. After playing with it for a bit I fell in love with the camera. I bought an HD to HDmini connector to view videos directly to my tv and found the quality, while not 1080p, was still very clear and the colors were vibrant. I still wish the device has image stabilization, but the lack of options is a big plus with a 4 year old. It's a snap to pull it out and start shooting on the fly. No worries of menu settings. Just point and shoot. Low light recording is not the best, unfortunately. There is a lot of graininess when shot indoors or when the sun is down outdoors. Now for the big test!While on vacation, I had accidentally dropped the Flip camera into a pool. The camera was completely submerged for about 5 seconds. As soon as I got it out of the water, I opened the back and removed the battery. I then took the device carefully apart and with a can of air blew out the water (which, surprisingly, there was very little inside). I then left the camera apart to sit overnight to dry. The next day, I put it back together and turned it on. It fired right up! This happened about 2 weeks ago and it still works great!! Thankfully I know the biggest mistake that someone can make when any electronic device is dropped in water: TURNING IT ON! I had also dropped a cell phone in the pool and was able to save that as well. But the fact that the Flip video barely took on any water internally is amazing!

I ordered the Flip UltraHD Camcorder, 120 mins in black for my husband's birthday. We tried it out at a wedding, and viewing the videos on the camcorder was fine, but the screen is a little small. However, once we put them on the computer and viewed them, the videos were really choppy. We could hear everything that was going on, but some of the screens would freeze and a minute later, the screen that it should be at would evenutually come up. So all in all, we really weren't able to watch the recordings except for on the small screen on the camcorder. We tried opening the videos in different programs on my computer as well, but they did the same thing. One other thing I didn't like about this was that you couldn't record in low-lit rooms, unless you just wanted the audio. A light/flash would be helpful. It was a pretty big disappointment. I bought it thinking this would be super easy to use, and to get HD video at this price. I don't know if I just got a bad one, because most of the reviews talk this camcorder up. But I won't be buying another one.

My daughter always likes video cameras. When her 8th birthday came up, she wanted a video camera of her own. Under 150 dollars range for grandparents and pasrents to share the cost, this is the one to get. My daughter loves it. I even borrow it for shootings of the events she was in. Can't find anything easier than this one to use. It is for sure the open the box and start to enjoy kind of gift.

I had an old Flip and loved it. I had a Kodak ZI6 that I liked but it got stolen.br /Then I got this thing and it is a nightmare. The battery doesn't want to work right most of the time (which I found out is a common problem)and the worst thing is you cannot edit the videos from this camera in an editing system. The only way is to convert the files which is time consuming and a real headache. It takes all the fun out of this camera.br /br /The video quality in most indoor footage is extremely poor and the software that comes with the camera is useless.br /br /Avoid this camera at all costs.

I bought this necklace to go with my renaissance wedding outfit. It matched perfectly and was the look that I wanted. It is made well and has clean lines. The celtic design in the silver work is just what I was looking for. The stone color is clear and a nice shade of peridot green - just like in the picture. The only fault it has with me is that I thought it would be a little bigger (I didnt really pay attention to the listed measurement - my fault). Its about and inch and a half-ish wide. Overall I really love it and would recommend it as a good buy.

I previously had a Dell AIO Printer and got tired of the ridiculous ink prices(/high capacity color-/high capacity black). I ordered this Canon MP560 printer because online reviews said it was cheaper on ink. Canon ink is available at almost any store, you don't have to order it just from them which is a plus. To compare ink costs, Dell ink was for all cartridges and Canon was for all cartridges with fairly similar page yield(maybe 80-100 less than the Dell AIO). I have used the printer for recipes, school papers, etc for a month with no detectable drop in ink levels.br /br /The real benefit of this printer is the Duplex Printing. You can print on each side of the page without the hassle of doing it yourself by flipping the page around. Another nice feature is the 2-on-1 printing which allows you to print what would normally fit on two sheets of paper on one side of the page, saving even more paper. The printer also has templates so if you need graph paper, notebook paper, or even sheet music you can print them directly from the printer.br /br /The wireless set-up was very easy and pain-free. Print speeds did seem a little slower than my Dell but not enough to bother me. I have not printed any pictures yet, but reviews I read stated the Canon did a fabulous job. I think this is a great printer and an awesome price tag from Amazon.

I've had so many HP printers over the years and hated them all. All Canon products I've ever owned have been great so this printer caught my eye. I just needed a decent quality printer/scanner to occasionally print photos or contact sheets and my taxes once a year. br /br /The software is dull but useable. It works, at least. I'm a Mac user on Snow Leopard and like the other reviewer I went straight to the Web site to download the latest drivers.br /br /The small screen interface and controls on the machine are well designed. The memory card slots are great. The pictures come right on the screen; use the scroll wheel to navigate. Select "print" and then the size you want. Feed the paper in the back and a full-bleed beautiful photo pops out 30 seconds later. You could find a lot of people who would be hard pressed to tell the difference between a real photo. Very nice.br /br /The iPhone app is awesome. Search for "canon printer"; it shows up right at top. It took seconds to install. The software acts just like the Photos app. It shows your albums, faces, etc. You select the photos and they go into a queue. Go into the queue and select the paper size and print. Works great.br /br /This is a nice machine.

Just have to add my two cents since I see this is a special today. br / I bought this printer for my wife last Christmas so she could use it with a Sony laptop from across the room. br / While it recognized and ran right away with a Mac mini no matter how many times I tried to configure it it never worked with the laptop or my main Windows PC.br / Of the dozen or so printers I've owned through the years this was the slowest to warm up I've ever seen. It took a minimum of 4 minutes to be ready to print anything and then would take a minute or so more to process and print the first page. After that it would do ok on speed and there were never any problems with print quality.br / The past tense is used in this review because for the last two months it has been completely unavailable for use because the paper feed although it makes a noise will no longer pull paper into the printer no matter how many or how few sheets are available and no matter what angle they are at.br / As a present this was a real turkey.

I bought this printer for my Dad for Father's Day to replace his Kodak printer that stopped working. Let me tell you, this printer prints really nice pictures. My family and I were all amazed at the quality of the pictures and being able to scan and make copies of previously printed pictures was a plus. Not to mention those scanned pictures came out looking practically like the original. If you are looking for a photo printer, this is definitely a good buy. The only downfall is it is kind a big printer, especially since my Dad has to lug it in and out of the bedroom every time he wants to use it since it's not hooked up to a computer but being able to use it without a computer is another wonderful feature since my Dad isn't pc savvy. Also it takes a bit of time for a picture to print out but if you're not in a hurry that's not a big deal. I'll take great quality over fast printing time any day.

Over the years I've gone through a Shark, Eureka, and Electrolux cordless vacuums. The Shark wasn't bad but emptying it without making a mess was a pain. It was good for getting pet hair off a carpet and great on hard floors, but not great at picking up carpet dirt. The Eureka was probably the worst. It didn't work well on floors or carpet and was really cheaply made. The Electrolux was well made but too under powered. It's also hard to push across carpet making it a mediocre hard floor vacuum. The detachable hand vac made it slightly more useful, but not enough for me to recommend it.br /br /So to say that the Hoover Linx is the best battery powered vacuum on the market it not making a bold statement. The competition is pretty weak. Hoover doesn't have to work hard to be better. For the most part Hoover wins on all counts: it's a decent carpet vacuum, a very good hard floor vacuum, it's well made, and the battery initially holds a decent charge(about 10 minutes of run time). The hand vac is a separate unit but it's far better than the built-in hand vac in the Electrolux. If you are looking for the best battery power vacuum on the market, this is it.br /br /What are the downsides?br /br /Cost: for half the price of this vacuum you can get a much better corded vacuum and a good battery powered hand vac. If you are on a budget the Linx simply isn't a good value. It's not powerful enough to replace a corded vacuum, it just means you don't have to break it out as often.br /br /Suction: while far better than any other battery vacuum it's not nearly as powerful as the cheapest corded vacuum.br /br /Noise: it's louder than any other battery powered vacuum I've owned and louder than some corded vacuums.br /br /Battery: After about a year the Lithium Ion battery wouldn't hold a charge for more than a few minutes and replacement batteries are .br /br /So if money isn't an issue this is the best on the market. If you are trying to watch your budget get a corded vacuum or get the Shark.br /

disappointed, limited uses - texas99 -
Generally disappointed. Floor Vacuum suction is weaker than I need. Picks up things like dirt/dust. But cannot pick up big pieces of dirt or anything heavy in a deep grout gap between ceramic floor tiles. For example it cannot pick up a penny on the floor. Also on occasion if you don't realize the canister has filled up it or the throat clogs it blows dust out the back end all over your floor (my wife refuses to use it again because of this). I made the mistake of trying to pickup fur the dog had shed - it clogged up quickly and you must use you fingers to clear the suction tube which is VERY small in diameter (like the size of a quarter) - so dont suck up anything big or fluffy. Is also louder than I expected from an electric vac. Face is narrower than a regular vac so you must make maybe 50% more passes to cover an area. It is however light and easy to move around and lift and not having a cord is great. Would be OK for light duty pickups of spills of lighter weight/smaller pieces of material - like coffee grounds.

I am very pleased with the product. It is so easy to just turn it on and use it. It is light weight and easy to turn. You have no idea what a pain the cord of a traditional vacuum is until it is missing! I will turn it on to vacuum the kitchen and the next thing I know I have gone through the whole downstairs on my way to putting it back in the laundry room. br /br /I have a two story 3,000sf house. I can vacuum one floor at a time with the battery. I don't want to become a clean freak but this is certainly helping me keep a cleaner home.

These two battery powered vacuums are the best I have ever used. The Li-ion battery gives full power until its energy is exhausted. The stick vac will run about 15 minutes when used on carpets after a full charge, and works great! The hand vacuum is very well balanced and powerful plus easy to use. We have hardwood floors, the stick vac is excellent for that purpose. The batteries can be charged in three hours or less.

I consider myself an intermediate-advanced user of trash containers. I often have things that I want to throw out, and usually place them in trash cans. I would say that I have thrown out maybe 5-10 items per day for the past 15-20 years or so. Maybe more. br /br /That being said, I am not easily impressed. I have placed my garbage in many different sized containers, and might I say that this is a nice container. It has a shiny outside so that you can see a bended version of your legs when you stand in front of it, and it shows your face is you go up close to it. I am not sure if it would work as a mirror though, which is disappointing, because then I wouldn't need both. I think it is very unlikely that mirrors will ever replace garbage cans, but perhaps if the can were shinier it could make conventional mirrors obsolete.br /br /All in all, I would put my trash in here with confidence. A warning: then sensor can be activated from the inside, so beware if throwing out things that are still moving.

Do you wear gloves when placing the trash in the can? It seems to me that if you handle the trash with your bare hands then having a touchless trash can kinda makes no sense: I doubt the can is any dirtier than the trash you place in it. On the other hand, if you wear gloves when throwing out the trash, you wouldn't need a touchless trash can. Ummm...now I'm confused

I was very disappointed with our trashcan. The lid stopped opening all the way after less than a year and now it barely opens an inch. Even worse than that is trying to reach someone at Nine Stars. Despite numerous phone calls, I have never ever EVER been able to reach a real person, generally the voicemail box that I am directed to is "Full" and one the 2 occasions where I was able to leave a message, no one ever returned my call. I wouldn't waste your money--get a foot pedal one instead.

I bought this set from Costco around a year ago to replace my old trash can and we love this product. At first I was uncertain about the battery life, but I've only had to replace the batteries once in the entire year of owning this. The sensor isn't too sensitive and I haven't had any problems with it not responding when it should, although we do clean off the top at least once a week when cleaning the house. People who come to visit always get a small scare at the trash can opening on its own when they go to throw something away which is always fun to watch. The smaller can is a nice bonus that we use in the bathroom, although the handle on that one can get in the way when I go to empty the trash bucket inside and put it back in, but other than that this product has been excellent.

When in July, Amazon offered this Cuttlebug machine with the bonus tool kit in the prettiest aqua colorway for .99, I was hooked! What a great value for the money and who doesn't want value these days.br /br /The machine is well made and simple to use. While I don't like that the B plates get marked from the die-cutting, I can live with it. Replacement plates are available. The cuts from the dies are clean and precise. The embossing folders work like a charm and look fantastic with cardstock and even the metal from drink cans. br /br /While I already had versions of all those tools, it's nice to have extras when the gang gathers for a crafting evening. If you don't have these tools already, you'll save a lot of money getting this deal. The paper cutter even comes with extra blades!! And why pay for a bone folder when this one is perfect!br /br /Watching some videos on that ever popular tube place will show you some possibilities to use other brand dies and texture plates like Sizzix and Fiskars. Inking your embossing folder before passing it thru the machine is a quite stunning technique. br /br /This is one low-tech craft gadget I am thoroughly enjoying. It's nice and light enough to take it outdoors and not worry about plugging it in. I am very pleased with this dehumidifier. It is much quieter and more efficient than my former Kenmore units. I debated spending 0 each to fix the several-year-old Kenmores or buying a new unit. I am so glad I bought this new Frigidaire. It really seems that finally a company has designed and produced a well thought out and executed dehumidifier. The first thing you notice is its quietness. Then you notice how quickly the humidity level in your space drops. It will fill the bucket overnight (this is good; I like seeing all that water leaving the house). It just seems more efficient at removing the water from the air than my previous units. Our house had been at 60-70 percent relative humidity recently while I looked at my old broken units. This machine has dropped and is holding the humidity at 40% which is my target to prevent dust mites. The design is great. It is very modern looking with attractive controls on the top. I feel that the bucket is really well designed; it is structurally solid for holding the water when full and very easy to remove and transport to the sink. I empty it each evening before bed so it does not fill up and shut off in the middle of the night because it is full. One cannot truly evaluate a dehumidifier until a year or two have passed (the average lifespan it seems), but if this piece of equipment holds up it will certainly be the best on the market. One caveat; I looked at Lowes and Best Buy at their models for this almost identical model number (an L is added at Lowes and a B at Best Buy), but neither of theirs is this new model design. You will notice theirs have horizontal grills to start with as a tip-off. The true Frigidaire FAD504TDD (this new one) only came out several months ago (my understanding). I noticed the very high average rating this unit has on Amazon (almost 4.5 out of 5 stars); then I noticed the rating the Lowes unit has (3 out of 5 stars); Best Buys' is similarly lower than Amazon's readers are rating this new unit, so I figured the older design which I think these two stores are selling must not be as good. I'm very pleased I investigated this and was patient and did not just carry an older model home out of one of the big-box stores. It was worth waiting a few extra days to have this newest improved product shipped.

Best dehumidifier I have owned - dene -
I have had this dehumidifier (Frigidaire FAD504TDD 50-Pint Dehumidifier, White) for 2 months now and it is working well. I have used it both with and without the hose connection and it works great either way. I have had no trouble removing the bucket to empty it and the handle is nice. It is quieter than the ones I have owned in the past and it also only puts out slightly warm air. (Some dehumidifiers I have had in the past really heat up the room. Not what you want in the summer which is when I use it.) I like that it gives a digital reading for the humidity level and that it has a light to remind you to clean the filter every 2 weeks, a job that I have neglected in the past, but this is easily done on this machine.br /br /My only complaint is that when using the bucket, black stuff (mold?) starts growing in the bottom of the bucket and you have to unscrew the bucket cover to get in there to clean it out. The bucket has lots of "ins and outs" so I bought a bottle brush to get in all the nooks. br /

I am very impressed with this dehumidifier. I am using for my basement, where I didn't know how much I needed it until I found mold. I purchased this Fridgidaire because of all reviews I read. I couln't be happier with the results; within one day there was a very noticable difference in my basement, the musty smell was gone, the carpeting felt dry, the way it only feels in the winter time. I've removed countless buckets, and I think I'm going to purchase the drain hose, I thought it was going to be cool to see how much moisture it takes out of the air, but it got old after the first three times... But as I said I could not have been happier with a another product.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this sewing machine, both in local stores and online. I read many of the reviews on this machine before making the purchase. I have not yet had a chance to look at or try all the attachments, accessories, and stitches. There's so much!! The machine is very light weight, but seems very sturdy. It's very quiet and runs smoothly. Threading the top of the machine is very simple and I like that the bobbins are the same size as those I had from the Kenmore machine I'm replacing. The additional detachable table and hard cover are great bonuses. I was worried about having this machine shipped to Hawaii (cost and condition), however, to my great delight, shipping was FREE and the machine arrived in 4 days, in perfect condition!! I'm very happy with this machine and the price, and the convenience of home delivery cannot be beat! Thank you!

I bought these for my left handed seven year old son with the intention of him growing into them. He has a US Kids 7 wood, iron, putter. We were both delighted when we found that he hit these clubs better than his old clubs. He is hitting the driver over 100 yards, his longest by 30 yards. He hit the XJ 7 iron more solid than the US Kids 7 iron. He is quickly learning to chip pitch now that he has a sand wedge. He prefers the weight feel of the Odyssey putter. He can even hit the 5 iron. I have been trying to carefully nurture the golf seed in him since he was two years old, these clubs have sent his enthusiasm for the game off the charts. He now wants to go to golf camp this summer. These clubs have helped his confidence as well as ability. I strongly feel this is the best Jr set available, Callaway's quality is always excellent.

Bought these clubs a little prematurely for my son as I wanted him to get the most out of these. He is 50" and the clubs are a little long for him, but he can still hit the ball, just has to stand back a few inches farther than with his clubs with are too small. The quality of these clubs seem good and with one round of golf (9 holes) under our belt, the clubs had no problems.

This was the first gas grill I purchased brand new. My previous gas grill, I got at a yard sale, and it never worked. So this was to be my replacement. Now, I know nothing about putting things together, so I had my roommate and boyfriend do it. They had the thing up and ready to test in under an hour. All the parts were there and intact. My only compliant is that the grill light requires AAA batteries, which are not included. br /br /When I saw the finished grill, I was suprised. It is definately not what I imagined when I read "portable." The cart does have wheels, but I wouldn't trust them enough to wheel the grill around too much. Its small enough to fit right off my back steps, but large enough to cook multiple steaks and hot dogs on. It also gets very hot, very fast. br /br /I did experience the problem with the grill not lighting, but it took all of 2 minutes for me to disconnect and reconnect the gas line, so I really wasn't bothered by it. br /br /All and all, I am happy I purchased the grill and look forward to using it during football season.

I noted the previous reviews about damaged parts. Mine came in on UPS - the outer box had damage: dented, couple small holes; bottom tape had broken. I thought: Uh-oh. Opened it up and did inventory. All was in perfect shape. There was a lot of internal cardboard padding; it seems to have worked.br /br /I also noted the previous reviews about the pictorial assembly manual having few words to guide you. Based on that I took a very relaxed afternoon to build the grill. I found that looking hard at the parts and diagrams and doing trial fits got good results - part alignment was excellent - bolt holes lined up with little effort. But I'd hate to try to do this for the first time if I was in a hurry.br /br /Fired it up; seasoned the cast iron. All OK. All I had on hand to cook was a roast which isn't a great grill test but it worked just fine.

I have been very happy with my Q 320 purchase. This is my first gas grill. I decided to give them a try after using a similar Weber model at a friends house. I have always been a Weber fan and have had one of my 22" kettles for 35 years. Their quality has always been one of the best and I have continued to buy their products through the years because of that.br /br /The grill was a little slow getting to me after my purchase, but there was a holiday in there and I just used the free delivery. br /br /The simple instructions made the setup easy. On YouTube there are many videos on how to setup and use this grill if you have an issue. The only problem I had after the setup was the propane bypass mode, which after a quick call to the helpline explained what I did wrong. br /br /I have had my grill for about three weeks now and bbq'ed pizza, pork shoulders, burgers, steaks, fish, chicken, ribs, brisket, corn bread, four cassaroles, a meat loaf, corn, spuds, and various other veggies, all of which came out great!

I've been using this grill for about six weeks and so far I can only say good things. The grill gets hot very quickly, flare ups are minimal, and the cooking surface is very nice. I obviously can't comment on the grill's longevity, but so far I have no complaints. My previous grill was larger, but this one is certainly ample (and removing the cooling grate takes 2 seconds should you need some extra primary surface cooking area). Set up was as-advertised: 2 hours or so with no problems. As someone who grills often, I'd say this is a great buy at this price.

I was looking to upgrade my 7 foot pool table after a few years of heavy use. I wanted a table that would allow me to replace the cloth; this was the main reason I had to replace the 7 foot table. This 7.5 foot Minnesota Fats table seemed like an interesting option because it was a little larger and featured a "stone hard" play surface that would allow me to replace the cloth. I installed it about two weeks ago and it's been great. It's not a slate table, but it's close and no one has been able to tell the difference. Overall the table has been terrific. From the underside the play surface looks like a stone material. Assembly was straight-forward and the table looks great (if you like the black laminate look as I do). Billiard accessories could be better, but I'm using what I already had so I don't care. You may want to consider a couple of upgraded cues before too long.

This is much smaller that I expected. I guess I should have realized what 7.5 feet is. Anyway the set of balls this comes with is much smaller than normal size billiard balls. And the pockets are smaller as well. Especially the side pockets. ABF (shipper) wouldn't bring it into my house. Took 3 guys to push it into my living room. Twice the weight of slate it still effing heavy apparently. The construction is particle board, not "real wood." I'm not sure what I was expecting for only 0.

Plays just like a slate table but much lighter and with no need of professional installation. The table cosmetically is beautiful. Minnesota Fats really got it right with this new play bed, looks great in my game room. Would reccomnde it anyone and it is a steal for the price.

AVITAR is the 3D of all 3D movies. Well, PLANET EARTH is the pinnacle of all nature films. Enough said. br /br /Also, consider getting Planet Earth as a box set together w/ either Earth the Biography, or High Definition Natural History Collection, or boxed w/ Life (David Attenborough).br /br /I've upgraded my P.E. to blu ray. It's a big step up in picture from the dvd, I've done side by side comparison. DVD has extras/bonuses, but it's not worth sacrificing the picture for. A note: after considerable amount of research, the picture is 1080i. Even if your package or TV says 1080p signal, 1080i cameras were used to film this entire series, becoming the limiting step.

I own the Concept 2 Model D. I purchased it last year after an exhausting field and internet search. I "casually" used it for several months until a few months ago when I became very serious about losing weight. I now use the rower 5 to 6 times a week 30 minutes minimum- with an average of 45 minutes and occasionally (usually Saturday mornings) a 60 minute workout. I do not overdue the individual workouts, and maintain about a 23 stroke per minute rhythm.

I chose this rower for several reasons. First, the great reviews on internet websites. Secondly, I was very impressed with the sales associate. He did not try to "oversell" me, instead he convinced me that for my needs the model D was more than sufficient. Third, I was fortunate enough to try one out at a friends home gym- I was impressed. Lastly- this is a high quality machine- very sturdy and well designed.

I utilize this machine, along with a low carb diet and walking 3-4 miles 2 to 3 times a week, to lose 75 pounds! I started this last September 2008- weighing in at nearly 300 pounds at 6'1". As of now, end of March 2009, I am down to 225 and feel great! That's it, no magic other than consistency! If it were not for this rower, my efforts would have been much, much less successful. (I tried walking alone on previous attempts and walking by itself as the main exercise did not cut it for me for drastic weight loss.)

This rower offers a full body workout! I ordered the machine and it arrived inside of a week. The rower literally snaps together. I did call customer service with a couple questions, and they were very helpful and walked me through the set-up. It is sturdy for big guys like me. The only maintenance I have done is an occasional wiping of light oil on the pull chain- that's it. The machine is not so noisy that I can't watch TV while working out. I strongly recommend this rower!

The best single piece of exercise equipment one can own - Michael Papile -
Indoor rowing is perhaps the best cardiovascular/toning exercise one can do. This is the defacto machine for doing it as most crew teams around the world, and other training programs use Concept 2 rowers exclusively. br /br / It does not matter if you are an elite athlete, or someone just starting out, or even someone who cannot do high impact exercises like running. This is low impact, and as intense as you want it. Almost all muscles in your body are used as well. So by using this machine you get a great cardio work out and total body motion. Honestly, there is nobody I would not recommend this to, it is for all levels.br /br /The computer keeps track of your work, and you can keep your pace at whatever you feel comfortable with. In time you will see that your split times are going down as your fitness improves. It keeps a log of your workouts and also stores it on a card that you can bring to other machines. The great thing is that these machines all automatically calibrate, so your time on any one machine is valid everywhere because they all yield the same results. br /br /The company is great, this is made in USA and of very good quality. I used to row on a team, and none of our machines ever broke. Even if it does break, the company is very responsive and friendly. They have a very good website where you can log your times, and see how you stack up with others, or just keep a record for yourself. They have contests all the time there where they select random people that row certain distances and give them free gear. Also if you row a million meters on your machine or a marathon they give you free gear as well. All of this is free! br /br /The most important thing to learn is proper form, otherwise you will tire out fast. The biggest mistake beginners make is using their arms too much and not enough legs. Concept 2 has a lot of videos that show you proper rowing technique and the good thing is it pretty much directly translates to what one would do on a real boat!br /br /At my gym these things sit there collecting dust while people do the inferior treadmills etc, but everyone I know that I have introduced to rowing loves it. It is good to have one at home because it is very possible to watch TV while you are rowing (it is not loud). The machine also disassembles and can be stored pretty easily. If you stand it up fully assembled it is nearly 8ft tall so it is not very storable that way, but if you take the sled off, you can store it even in a coat closet.

Rowing has always been my favorite aerobic activity in the gym and every rower I have used in a gym has been a Concept2 machine. When I started shopping around for a rowing machine for home use I thought I'd save some money and look at cheaper models. It's not like the Model D was very expensive at 0 but there seem to be quite a few machines out there at lower prices. After reading all of the reviews I could get my hands on I just gave up. Every single one of those cheaper machines had one or more reviews complaining about it.br /br /My reasoning is this... for a reasonable price why not own the same rowing machine that's been in use for years and years in almost every single gym in the US? Just using a good piece of equipment can be motivating in and of itself.br /br /Assembling the Concept2 Model took around 10 min. It was just a matter of attaching the base under the flywheel. It stores vertically in two pieces and only takes up around 4 sq. ft. of floor space. Setting it up can be done in under a minute.br /br /The Model D console offers almost everything you need. I just wish it had a built in hear rate monitor since the one you can get from Concept2 that supports Polar transmitters needs to have the receiver mounter under the seat and that means playing with the wires every time it's taken apart. That's really my only quibble.br /br /There's a solid online community so you can post your rowing times and compare your progress to others and there's also a piece of software called RowPro which is exclusively available for the Concept2 rowers. But that's another review.br /br /Overall I've been very satisfied and I'm glad I just got it over with and bought the same machine for home use that I'd be using the gym anyway.

I normally use a DSLR, but wanted a smaller camera for portability. If you are coming from a SLR or DSLR, you need to remember that concessions have to be made to get this small with current technology. With that in mind, I love this little camera. My wife will not touch my DSLR, but fell for this little thing in record time. She puts it in auto mode and uses it like a point and shoot with excellent results. If you are coming from a point and shoot, no worries. This camera is a huge upgrade from any point and shoot camera.br /br /Most complaints about this camera revolve around the electronic view finder (EVF). When the ambient light is low, the EVF increases gain so you can see. This causes the display to be very grainy. Relax, when you click the shutter the image will look fine. The EVF only exists to help you frame the image so it doesn't have to present a Picaso, just a usable representation of the image you are about to take. I find the performance to be just fine. I don't look through the EVF because things look cool; I look through the EVF to frame my images more precisely.br /br /Strengths:br /- Highly portable and pocketable with a pancake lens (large pockets only)br /- Accommodates pointshooters as well as experienced shootersbr /- User interface is well designed; the designers thought things outbr /- Very fast shot adjustments with dedicated buttons for ISO, WB, and Exposure Compbr /- Built in flash is actually very good. This camera packs a powerful punch in a small package. I like the mirrorless viewfinder better than SLR versions as it allows me to preview the impact of my exposure settings. Underexposed images preview as dark and overexposed preview as washed out. Ergonomically, this camera is well engineered.

A few years ago I looked through an Electronic Viewfinder on a friends camera and found it completely unacceptable. I'm one of those folks who thought there 'must be something wrong' with the Mitsubishi DLPs because of their relatively low price compared to the LCD Plasmas. Nonetheless, I finally pulled the trigger on a WD65737 bundle deal with stand. First off, the tv is very light...the stand is easily heavier than the tv. Using HDMI cables and plugging in my HD-DVR and PS3... I was (and still am) in complete awe at the stunning picture from this tv. Crystal clear, bright bright colors...absolutely amazing HD display....better than any LCD or plasma I've seen on display in-store (no exaggeration). The entire market for big-screen TVs is pro-LCD Plasma because of their thin profile. For a 65" screen, there is no better bang-for-your-buck than the 737 (or 738). Sure you can't wall-mount it, but who cares? Most of us have components, game systems, and cable boxes that require some kind of stand so you aren't really saving any space at all to have a 3" wide tv. This 737 is not subject to screen burn-in, and it is 3D-ready and I just read that they are in full-compliance with the new 3D blu-ray standards that were set a couple of weeks ago. Don't be a fool and pay ,000 or more for a 65" lcd/plasma, you are just throwing your money away. Also remember that large LCD plasmas will cost twice as much in energy usable than DLP rear projection TVs. I've read other reviews that the TV speakers aren't very good but I haven't even used mine because I have a receiver with surround sound. Also, the remote is only average but I all use it for is menu-setting access and powering the tv on and off so... no big deal. My first movie viewing was 8-Mile (blu-ray) and was simply amazed at the black levels and contrast. If you have a PS3 or Xbox 360, you are in for a mind-blowing experience. Madden 10 looks like a real broadcast, it really is so crystal clear you have to do the 'shake your head, blink your eyes thing'.

Are these people getting paid by Mitsubishi? - Steven J. Di Fiore -
I just received my Mitsubishi WD-65C9 and it will be boxed up and sent back promptly. It has a horrible picture. High def signals from a Blue Ray are passable but from a cable box they are blurry and have no definition. Any SD signals have extreme noise. Motion is choppy. Colors are off. And the HDMI signal from my Cable box made the TV screen shake. I do not know how anybody can give this TV two stars let alone five. Are these people getting paid by Mitsubishi?

Problem with unit - David J. Hyde - Texas
For the first year everything went well but after a year the unit will shut down on it's own. No video,(black screen), no audio. After all the flashing lights stop the unit will come back on after hitting the ON switch. Normal operation until it decides to shut down again.br /br /I purchased an extended warrenty and I am sure glad I did. It started shutting down once a day so after 5 days they had me change the bulb, 0.00. This did not fix the problem. The shop picked it up and kept it for 7 days but it would not shut down while in their shop. They brought it back and it worked properly for 3 months then begin to do the same thing. Shuts down daily for 7 days straight.br /br /The shop picked it up again. It is in the shop as we speak for 9 days. They say again it will not shut down.br /br /Now I am being told that when they unplug the unit to transport it to the shop it is re-booting itself and deleting any fault information. That is the reason it will not duplicate the problem while in the shop and also the reason it played for 3 months after it was returned the first time.br /br /I have 11 more months left on my extended warrenty and I am worried what it is going to cost me after it ends.br /br /Next time it fails I will unplug the unit and see if that corrects the problem prior to calling the shop. This camera is a great bargain and so versatile.br /br /The optical zoom is incredible. I was able to film a drowning swimmer being rescued down on the beach from my 12th floor apartment!br /br /Not only is this an excellent camcorder, it also makes a great webcam when connected to your computer with a Firewire cablebr /br /The USB streaming is useless: for some reason it won't let you record the audio track over USB even though it installs an audio driver when you plug it in, and the camera will go into standby while it's in use if you're not recording or playing the tape, so I recommend sticking with Firewire.br /br /Note that if you buy this camera, keep the application CD that comes with it in a safe place. Sony does not offer drivers for download for this camera and when you call tech support to request them, their customer care doesn't know where to get them either. I was only able to find them by scouring random seedy websites.br /br /One of the best features of this camera is that it records digitally on standard Hi-8 video tapes, which saves you a lot of money over the more expensive digital tapes. This is the only video camera in the world that does that.br /br /Another great feature of this camera is its onboard stereo microphone. You can use this camera as a digital sound recorder by recording the sound and then dumping the video to your computer and extracting the audio track over Firewire.br /br /I've had two of these cameras and I will buy another if something happens to the one I currently have.

Useful for playing old tapes - Uncle Gonzo - Texas
I bought this just to be able to play our old Hi-8 and Digital-8 tapes. Unfortunately, it won't play the older regular 8mm tapes.

I'm not sure why the ratings are so high on this camera [...]. Perhaps because the camera is pretty ok, for home-use only outdoors. I am on this site searching for a new camera because I produce online television shows, as a hobby. My budget is low, so I need an affordable camera (under 0), with professional-quality video. If such a thing exists. The Sony DCR-TRV280 IS NOT IT! br /br /I've tried all sorts of tricks and can't get rid of the grainy (webcam) quality, nor the poor color in normal indoor lighting situations. The sound is just ok. For me, there is NOTHING spectacular about this camera, especially if you want to use it for more than just webcam or basic home video purposes.br /br /Once unplugged, the battery life is short (2 hours, tops!) for the battery that comes with the camera. I suppose this could be addressed by purchasing a larger battery.br /br /I am of normal female strength. After a while, my hands and arms are shaking from holding the camera. Something lighter is ideal, otherwise dont forget the tripod.br /br /I do like the connections on this camera, except no jacks for headphones or mic. And no accessory jack either. The light is cute as an extra, but not very powerful. Wish it had more connections and features.br /br /[...]

Picture quality is great! It downloads easily to computer. It may take longer than the newer digital memory recorders but you can still get this for a great price and in many cases the picture is better than the new hard drive models.br /

So my boyfriend told me he had a great evening planned for us, and I just never thought he would propose. I really wasn't even thinking that would happen. He blindfolded me and walked me to the edge of a dock, and the reason I knew we were on a dock was twofold: A. it sounded like wood as I walked on it and B. I could smell rotting fish and the general odor of the creek near our trailer. He removed the blindfold, and to my surprise he had rigged the old canoe out back with Christmas lights and decorated it with ribbons and roses! However, I couldn't help thinking....how are those lights working? Oh well. I didn't care. So he helped me in the boat so I wouldn't rip my only dress. I bought that thing at J.C. Penney last year for .95...on sale! I couldn't afford to rip it on the canoe. So he rowed me out, and I was just nearly in tears. I mean, I knew something nice was planned because he told me to but on my dress...but this?! So he rowed us all the way down the creek until we got to the lake. It was such a romantic ride, almost like being in Venice! It was a long way to the lake so we counted the tires as we went! Well, he rowed me to the middle, and pulls out this ring! IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LAKE! I was like OMG! I got so excited I jumped up and the canoe started rocking. Well, whaddya know. The ring fell in the water. I was devastated. He jumped in and tried to find it, but the only thing he came up with was a handful of what I really hope was mud and leaves. And would you believe Amazon won't give us a refund?! Oh well, I guess when we get our check next month we can just order a new one. I'm so excited, and I made him promise not to take me on any more amazing boat rides for the next one (as romantic as that ride was)! And, he thinks he might have a job at a really respected local restaurant..Shoneys. Can you say free food?! Life can't get any better!! Get this for the special woman in your life!
